Amy Lewis RNNP B.ScN M.ScN Nurse Practitioner
Amy Lewis is the founder and owner of Prairie Industrial Health Services (PIHS), a company she established in 2013 to improve access to timely, professional, and accurate occupational health services. Her career in healthcare began in the Emergency Department at Royal University Hospital, where she developed a strong appreciation for workplace injury prevention and the importance of proactive care.
In 2018, Amy completed her Master’s in Nurse Practitioning, expanding the scope of PIHS to offer a comprehensive range of services, including fit-for-work medicals, diagnostic testing such as X-rays and blood work, and specialist referrals when needed. Her commitment to advancing patient care has led her to pursue additional training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) through World Link Medical, deepening her expertise in functional medicine.
This continued education has inspired Amy’s growing passion for a more integrative approach to health, ultimately leading to the creation of Modern Medicine, where she focuses on optimizing overall wellness alongside occupational health.
Chantelle Scott
Chantelle Scott serves as the Operations Manager at Prairie Industrial Health Services, bringing a wealth of experience and a dynamic, people-focused approach to the team. Originally from New Zealand, Chantelle immigrated to Canada in 2006 and has since built both a thriving career and a busy family life as a proud mother of four. With a decade of experience running her own successful business, she offers strong leadership, organizational expertise, and a deep understanding of client relations and marketing strategy. Chantelle is passionate about supporting the growth of Prairie Industrial Health Services while ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for clients and staff alike.
Melissa Jensen RMT
Melissa Jensen serves as Human Resources and Policy Manager of the Prairie Industrial Health Services team, bringing over 10 years of experience as a Certified Health Coach and 4 years as a Registered Massage Therapist. She is known for her thorough assessments and ability to ask the right questions, helping clients take a thoughtful, whole-body approach to their health.
Melissa is passionate about supporting people in staying safe, healthy, and functioning well both on and off the work site. She was drawn to Prairie Industrial Health Services for its commitment to a comprehensive approach to workplace and overall wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys paddle boarding on the North Saskatchewan River and finding creative ways to make nutritious food both enjoyable and delicious.
Brooklyn Quinney BKin HK
Brooklyn Quinney is the newest member of the Prairie Industrial Health Services team and serves as the Operating Manager for our Regina office. With approximately eight years of experience living in the Regina area, Brooklyn brings strong local knowledge, a welcoming approach, and a commitment to creating an organized, positive experience for every client who visits our clinic.
Brooklyn recently graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Human Kinetics. Her education gives her a valuable understanding of human movement, physical health, and the importance of supporting wellness in both everyday life and the workplace.
A former rugby and volleyball player, Brooklyn understands the value of teamwork, discipline, and staying active. These experiences continue to shape the approachable, energetic, and client-focused style she brings to her role.
As Operating Manager, Brooklyn helps ensure the Regina office runs smoothly and efficiently—from coordinating daily operations and supporting clients to maintaining the high standard of care Prairie Industrial Health Services is known for. Her friendly personality and exceptional organization make her an important part of our growing team.
Lindsey Bilodeau
Lindsey has been an integral part of Prairie Industrial Health Services since joining the team as Operating Manager of our Prince Albert location in the summer of 2021. With more than 10 years of experience in occupational health, she brings extensive knowledge, professionalism, and a strong commitment to exceptional client service.
As a Certified Professional Collector Trainer, Lindsey has specialized expertise in workplace testing and collection procedures. Her background also includes assisting with medical procedures, providing client care, and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a medical office.
Known for her dedication and reliability, Lindsey supports clients at our Prince Albert location seven days a week—including evenings and holidays—helping ensure individuals and employers have access to timely, dependable occupational health services when they need them.
